In the name of God ,Amen. I Daniel RIPPER Senior of the parish od Breage in the County of Cornwall, tinner, being very sick and wek in body but of perfect mind and sound memory, thanks be given to God,Therefore I do make and ordain this mt last will and testamnet in manner and form following:
Principally and first of all I recommend my soul inot the hands of God that gave it and for my body to be buried in a Christian like and decnet manner at the discretion of my executrix hereafter named and for such worldly estate wherwith it has pleased God to bless me with in this world I give and dispose ofin the following manner.
Imprimis...I give and bequeath to my dearly beloved wife Charity all my household goods, chattels moveable and immoveable and to receive all the profits of my shares, parts and d<---> of my tin bounds and part or parts of tin adventure whatsoever I be possessed
