It is likely that this is the William Lanyen who was an overseer of John
Rashleigh's will, which was written in 1578. No relationship was mentioned,
but William would have been John's brother-in-law. It may be his Inquisition
Post Mortem 20 Jas 1, Cornwall. This would have been 1622 or 1623.
