Richard Penaluna - 7/2/1669

In the name of God, Amen etc, etc...........
I bequeath my soul unto Almighty God to decent(?sicz) burial.
I give 10 shillings to a Minister to preach my funeral sermon at my burial.
I give 30 shillings to ye poor ofye parish of Constantine.
I give and bequeath unto my oldest sonne John Penaluna my tenements and allots and before he doeth enjoy and ye mains(?) profitts of ye same, Igive and bequeath unto him forty shillings Annum yearly to be paid him in quarterly payments by my executor hereafter named.
I give and bequeath unto my oldest daughter Jane Roberts ten shillings and five shillings apiece to her to all her children.
I give unto my two daughters mary and Cheston Penaluna ten punds apiece to be to be paid unto each of them within twelve months after my decease.
I give and bequeath unto my two youngest daughters Bersheba and Uroth Penaluna all my right and estate in ye tenement of Tresidder lying in ye parish of Constantine.
All ye rest of my goods and chattels I give and bequeath unto Jane my wife, and my sonne Richard Penaluna whom I do ........ and ordain executors joyntly of this my last Will and Testament.
