Dick of OgwellRichard and Eliza had at least four children - Thomas Henry, Ellen (Nell), Mary Frances and Sidney.
Thomas Henry Daw was born at Southbrook Buckland, on the 6th February, 1874. (I believe it was he who first opened the bakery business at East Ogwell, which is, I think, still carried on by his son Tom Daw(e) and Dorothy, Tom’s wife.
Tom’s sister Maggie (Mrs. Mitchell) also lived at East Ogwell.

Ellen (Nell) Daw, Mary Frances Daw and Sidney Daw were born in 1872, 1882 and 1887 respectively. Richard and Eliza and their children Thomas, Ellen, Mary and Sidney are - all buried in the Churchyard at East Ogwell.
Inscriptions on the headstones read as follows :-
In Loving Memory of Eliza, the beloved wife of Richard Daw, who passed away January 8th, 1924, aged 73 years. Also of the above Richard Daw, who passed away March 8, 1927, aged 78 years.
In Loving Memory of Thomas Henry, beloved husband of Beatrice Mary Daw, died April 23, 1924, aged 50.
In Loving Memory of Mary Frances Daw, died 31 October, 1902, aged 20 years. Also of her brother Sidney Daw, died 29 October, 1932, aged 45 years.
Incidentally, Will Stitson (of Stitson, White & Co. Ltd., Sanitary Engineers, of Victoria Street, S.W.1.) is buried here with him wife Ellen (Nell), the daughter of Richard Daw.
The headstone in the Churchyard reads :-
 In Loving Memory of Ellen, the beloved wife of William Henry Stitson, who died April 3rd, 1941, aged 69 years, also of William Henry Stitson, who died September 7th, 1954, aged 83 years.
Will Stitson was also a Devonian.
