This is the last will and testament of me, Thomas Ripper of Victoria Road, Mount Charles, Saint Austell in the County of Cornwall made this seventeenth day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and three
I hereby revoke all wills by me at anytime heretofore made
I appoint Thomas Dunn and Thomas Matthews, both of Ranelagh Road, Saint Austell to be my executors and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expences shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I give and bequeath unto my seven children Johana Jane PRIME, William RIPPER, John Inch RIPPER, Agnes TILLEY, Bessie RIPPER, Norita RIPPER and Alfred RIPPER all my real estate,houses and land in equal proportions to be divided when Alfred is 21 years of age
I give and bequeath all my personal estate, money, cattle, furniture, goods, chattels etc and all that may become due to me in equal proportions to my three children Bessie RIPPER, Norita RIPPER and Alfred RIPPER to be divided when Alfred reaches the age of twenty one years
